1. Packaging Standards - Every jar is food-grade sealed with safety foil to maintain freshness and aroma. - Glass containers and bulk packs are encased in shock-absorbent eco-friendly cushioning and heavy-duty outer corrugated boxes designed to withstand interstate courier transit.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch Timelines - **Processing Time**: Fresh orders are packed and dispatched within **24 to 48 working hours** from our Surat facility. - **Dispatch Days**: Dispatches operate Monday through Saturday (excluding national holidays).

3. Estimated Delivery Times - **Surat & Local Gujarat**: 1 to 2 business days. - **Western & Central India (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Rajasthan, MP)**: 2 to 4 business days. - **Pan-India Metros & State Capitals**: 3 to 6 business days. - **Remote / Outstation Pin Codes**: 5 to 8 business days.

4. Tracking Your Order Once your parcel is handed over to our courier partner (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, or Speed Post), you will receive a tracking link and consignment ID via WhatsApp and SMS to monitor its journey live.

5. Delivery Issues & Non-Delivery - Please ensure the shipping address and pin code provided are accurate, along with an active phone number for courier delivery attempts. - If a parcel cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability after multiple courier attempts, reshipping charges may apply.
